Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, any notes you provide, and optionally your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). We collect this because we cannot produce an accurate quote without it.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send you a quote, to contact you about that quote, and to schedule and perform work on your vehicle. If you provide a VIN, we use it to log completed service against your vehicle's history record.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are transmitted to our booking and customer management system, Urable, which we use to run the business. Submissions are also briefly stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure while being transmitted, so that a request is never lost if our booking system is temporarily unavailable.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how people find and use this site. These services set cookies and may collect device and usage information. We record which category of service a quote request relates to (mobile or in-shop) so we can measure which advertising works. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or VIN to these services.

Phone calls

If a call tracking number is in use, calls placed by clicking a number on this site may be routed through a tracking service that records the calling number and call duration for advertising measurement.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@getdetailedmi.com or call(313) 643-5463 and we will action it.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
