Detailing has a reputation problem, and it is earned. A low number on the phone, a bigger number at pickup, and a list of things that "came up." We built this business around not doing that.
How we got here

How we work
Four things we will not do
We will not quote before we know the vehicle
Pricing is tiered by vehicle size, and how much correction your paint needs is something we have to see. Ask us for a number over the phone and we will ask you for the year, make, model and a few photos first. That is not a stall, it is the only way the number ends up being true.
We will not change the number after you say yes
If something genuinely changes the scope, you hear about it before we touch it, not when you arrive to collect the car. Where a service is priced by condition, like a Disaster Interior, we say so up front and ask for photos before booking.
We will not sell you the wrong service
If you want rock chip protection, a ceramic coating is not the answer and we will tell you so, even though the coating is the more expensive booking. If a single-step correction gets you the result you are picturing, we are not going to upsell you to a multi-step.
We will not rush cure time
Coatings on glass, leather and wheels need a full 24 hours to bond. We keep the vehicle for that whole window. Shops that hand the car back same-day are giving you a coating that will not last what you paid for.
