Why us
Removing what you cannot see
Run your hand over your paint after a wash. If it feels gritty, that is embedded contamination: brake dust, rail dust, industrial fallout, and tree sap bonded into the clear coat. No amount of washing removes it.
That is what decontamination is for. An iron remover dissolves the metallic particles chemically, and a clay bar pulls out what is left mechanically. The paint goes genuinely smooth, and any sealant applied afterwards actually bonds instead of sitting on top of grit.
It is also why the Extreme Exterior costs more than the Premium Wash. You are not buying a better wash, you are buying the decontamination step.
The paint actually feels smooth
Decontamination is the step that turns a clean car into a smooth one. It is also the difference between a sealant that bonds and one that sits on grit and fails early.
Protection is included, not upsold
Every exterior tier finishes with a sealant. Even the entry-level wash leaves protection behind rather than just a clean surface.

Any correction or ceramic work starts here. If you are planning either, this step is already built into those packages.

Exterior Detailing FAQ
What is the difference between the Premium Wash and the Extreme Exterior?
Decontamination. The Premium Wash cleans and protects. The Extreme Exterior adds iron remover and a clay bar treatment to pull out contamination bonded into the clear coat, then applies a machine-applied sealant. If your paint feels rough after washing, you want the Extreme.
Is this the same as paint correction?
No. Decontamination removes what is sitting in and on the clear coat. Correction removes defects that are cut into the clear coat, using machine polish. A car can be perfectly decontaminated and still be full of swirls. If gloss is what you are after, look at paint correction.
Can you do this at my house?
Yes. Exterior detailing is available mobile within our service area. The one exception is the Basic Interior + Premium Exterior bundle, which is in-shop only.
How often should I have this done?
A premium hand wash as often as you like. Full decontamination once or twice a year is plenty for most vehicles, and less often if the car is ceramic coated, because far less bonds to a coated surface in the first place.
